Rainier is blind, but he can see with his heart. Rainier loves to play with other dogs and enjoys being with his human care giver.  He loves belly rubs and will seek out his foster dad just to be near him.

Rainier can learn to get around in a home;  it just takes him a few days to learn and visualize a blue print in his mind.  Shhh... don't tell him that he's got special needs, he's just a dog that wants to love and be loved.
