These bonded litter mates came to us as an owner surrender

Babe and Balto are  7 year old females who are looking for a quiet home where they can learn to trust and relax.  They are very bonded and we believe that they need to be adopted together.  They curl up to sleep together and where one goes, the other is sure to follow.

They are gorgeous huskies, both used as breeder dogs and lived a good life, they just had very little human interaction so they are very shy.  They get along wonderfully with other huskies, but don't engage in play.  They are very sweet and aren't even remotely aggressive.  They  just need some time and patience from the right person(s)  to come out of their shell.

They are house and kennel trained.  They are a bit pampered and prefer the air conditioning to the outside.  They enjoy their walks, but are sometimes startled by noises and show a little stress when small kids approach too quickly.
