T Paine is here for you!! I'm decompressing in my foster home while I wait for you. I love human attention and love to greet everyone! I could sure use some reassurance and snuggles! I was found as a stray in Missouri. ...Just out for an adventure, baby!
I've already been described as fluffy and sweet; a lap dog already! Oh, and I get zoomies often. Full on, husky zoomies! I have a cute, bunny hop I'd love to show you, too!
I am working on being house trained. My foster mommy gives me handsome man pants! Speaking of, I'm an adventurer at heart. I have attempted to break out of my kennel and baby gates aren't a challenge. I haven't destroyed things, I just don't feel comfortable being contained yet. Can you work with me?
I love love love human attention so apply to adopt Thomas Paine!

Hi! I'm Indy (short for In-dy-pendence.) I'm no loner, though! I'm playful with pup-friends and a pretty spry gentleman in spite of my age. A quick runner and a gentle player. I like my creature comforts, too. I'll tug a blanket into a nest for a nice comfy couch nap. I'd love to find a couch looking for a guy like me. How is yours doing? Feeling lonely? What if a handsome fluffy fella like me came by? If you'd like a mellow, laid back guy to join your home and warm your couch, then apply to adopt me, Indy, and I can be there lickity-split!

Howdy, partner! I'm Cowboy, a handsome fella just lookin' for a place to hang my hat! I'm not some troubled lost soul either. The humans here say I'm sweet-natured, friendly, a proper gentleman and a scholar. Awwww, shucks! Some of my ornery husky cousins like to run wild and raise a ruckus, but I prefer a good, quiet afternoon curled up beside your boots or happily strollin' down the trail by your side. I'm kid-friendly and dog-friendly. I met a cat one time and wagged my tail but the jury is still deliberatin' on whether I would chase one of those varmints.
Are ya fixin' to request a formal introduction? Yee haw!! Fill out an application and mention me, Cowboy! We might just ride off into the sunset together!

Each year we save the lives of hundreds of Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes that are in immediate danger of being killed in area shelters. We do not have a facility; all our dogs live in volunteer foster homes where they get love and care and a little training until they can be placed in their forever homes. You can meet the dogs by either attending one of our weekend events or by submitting an adoption questionnaire as part of our adoption process.
We are operating at full capacity. We typically have a waiting list of healthy Siberian huskies and Alaskan Malamutes that are in area shelters and running out of time. Because of this, we have to often turn down owners who wish to surrender their dogs simply because we do not have the space, we have to prioritize the dogs in immediate danger of being killed in shelters.
We would love to save more lives, but we need more foster homes, volunteer leaders and money to provide care. If you can't foster, please think about volunteering. If you don't have time to volunteer, please consider a donation. Together we can save the lives of these beautiful dogs.
