Siema! My name is Pierogi. I am new to Taysia Blue Rescue. Pierogis are a favorite in Polish, Lithuanian and many other Central and Eastern European cuisines. Dumplings made by wrapping dough around savory or sweet fillings, pinched close, and boiled. Delicious. I, too, am filled with sweet and savory, and a little silly mixed in.
